We accept returns within 60 days of delivery and provide free return shipping with a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned in the same condition as received. If available, we are also happy to offer a replacement of the same item; we do not substitute with different items of equal, lesser, or greater value.
Items sold as “Sealed” may not be returned once opened, as opening the album reduces its value. We also ask that items not be returned simply due to personal preference (“didn’t like it”). If you’re unsure about an album or artist, please preview the music on Spotify or another streaming service before purchasing. Returns do cost us money—thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.
